Alto Maipo informs that according to the conditions set forth in Section 4.1 of the indenture dated May 26, 2022, regarding Alto Maipo’s Senior Secured Notes due 2040, and in Section 2.02 (d) of the Secured 1L Loan dated May 26, 2022, and based in the Company cash flow projections,  the interests payable on January 2023 will be deferred.
